1.1 By making a purchase from Bella Vixen, you agree to abide by the terms of this No Refunds/Returns Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please refrain from making a purchase.
2. NO REFUNDS/RETURNS POLICY
2.1 All sales made by Bella Vixen are final.Bella Vixen does not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, except as expressly provided in this policy.
3. EXCHANGE POLICY
3.1 Bella Vixen may, at its sole discretion, consider exchanges for defective or damaged products. Users must notify Bella Vixen within 7 days of receiving the product.
3.2 Exchanges will only be processed for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
3.3 To request an exchange, Users must contact Bella Vixen using the contact information provided in Section 9.
3.4 Bella Vixen reserves the right to deny an exchange if the product does not meet the specified conditions.
4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
4.1 In the rare event that a product is received in a defective or damaged condition, Users must notify Bella Vixen within 7 days of receiving the product.
4.2 Users may be required to provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
4.3 Bella Vixen will, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or a refund for defective or damaged products.

5.1 This No Refunds/Returns Policy is governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Any disputes arising out of or related to this policy shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in New Providence, The Bahamas.
